Tools Introduction
Hydraulic Bus bar Cutting Tools for Metal Sheet Cutting Up to 12mm
is a remote control tools, works with an external hydraulic pump
(capable of providing 700Bar working pressure). CWC-200 is intended
to be used to cut Cu/Al busbar, it's cutting capacity is 200mm*12mm
(Width*Thickness). With the help of hydraulic power and sharp
cutting blade, quick and clean cutting can be achieved. Cutting
surface is smooth, without burr.
Characteristic
The unilateral type structure, cutting in larger power, but it does
not waste materials.
The blade adopts alloy tool steel forging fine grinding, the
incision is neat, no burr and no deformation.
During cutting, the copper and aluminum row should not be fixed,
any position is OK.
The pressing device is equipped with the blade side in order to
prevent the tilt of copper and aluminum row.
It can use with pump CFP-800-1,CP-700,EHP-70ZS,EHP--63A.

conduit tube, bending the angle 90
- The upper plate of the new design is cut by one time, it won’t be
broken.
This machine could bend pipes toward any direction you want;the
largest bending angle is 90°
